Schedule C preparation starts at $75 add on to your basic package and includes categorizing revenue and expenses and compilation of form along with supporting forms.  

This price is added to your package and includes a Schd C-EZ used for small businesses with less documents to process.

Reasonable prices and high-tech communications will meet your needs in preparation of 1099s and W-2s as well as annual compilation 1096 and W-3 reporting.  Deadline for delivery is January 31.  So schedule early!

Preparation of tax returns Forms 1065, 1120, 990 and other business returns for small business.  

This includes setting up accounting system software, interfacing with Business Bank Account, reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts on a monthly basis and quarterly financial reports.

Budget Development includes developing and preparing a 1, 2, 3 or 5 year budget based on company projections.  Including in this function is interfacing with company CEO, Department and Division heads, HR and Payroll Depts and Accounting to gather information necessary to compile an accurate budget.

This fee is negotiable dependent on company size and tasks required to maintain accurate accounting system and books.  Full Service Accounting also includes free Annual Income Tax Preparation.

Analysis of company financial activities or acquisitions analysis providing clear summation of position of company financial department processes, any indication of problems with its processes, suggested remedies for issues and any other tasks to help the company move toward a more efficient process.

Development of Processes and Procedures includes reviewing any currently published P&P by company, goals of company in modifying their processes and/or procedures, working with company  employees to review current individual procedures and modify for efficiency and clarity.

Accounting System Setup includes setting up Company Information, Company Chart of Accounts, Company Subsidiary Ledgers including Banking, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Equity, all other Balance Sheet and Income Statement accounts, Sales and Services Ledger, importing forms, balances and other information.
