I am 68 years old and this was by far the best experience working with a tax professional in my whole life. I sent them an e-mail asking what they needed and they replied. I sent them the information and within 48 hours they sent a bill by e-mail for me to pay and my 2018 taxes were finished. These people are by far the best in the business as far as I am concerned.
